What is Alberta Diesel Day?
Alberta Diesel Day is a two-day celebration of everything diesel, featuring racing, truck pulling, a show and shine, a vendor market, and more.
Expect an adrenaline-packed weekend with some of the toughest trucks, best builds, and most exciting races you’ll see all year.
We’re bringing together racers, enthusiasts, families, and vendors for a weekend full of horsepower, competition, and community. Whether you’re racing, showing off your rig, shopping the vendor market, or cheering from the sidelines, Alberta Diesel Day has something for everyone.

Rad Torque Raceway, Nisku, Alberta
(Just 10 minutes south of Edmonton!)

- Weekend General Admission: Access to all racing, pulling, show & shine, and vendor market activities.
- Kids 12 and under: FREE admission!
- Competitor Registration: Required for racers and pull competitors. Register here →
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes, but online ticket purchase is recommended to guarantee your spot and skip the lines!
Who Can Compete?
If you’ve got a diesel truck and a competitive spirit, you can compete!
We have classes for:
- Semi Drag racing
- Pickup Drag racing
- Truck and tractor pulling
- Show & Shine

Where Can I Park?
Spectator Parking:
- General Admission parking is available on-site.
- Follow the signage and parking attendants when you arrive.
- Please pre-purchase your parking in advance to save time on the day of. (Parking tickets will be on sale on May 30)
- Exclusive VIP Parking will be available to those who purchase VIP tickets.
Competitor Parking:
- Special reserved parking areas for trailers and trucks.
- You’ll receive specific parking instructions after registering.
Is Alberta Diesel Day Family-Friendly?
Absolutely!
- Kids 12 and under get in FREE!
- There will be food trucks, family zones, and lots of space to roam and watch the action.
- Feel free to bring strollers and ear protection for young children.
This event is built for all ages — bring the whole crew!

- Food trucks will be on-site, offering a variety of options.
- Food concessions are also available around the park.

Is Alberta Diesel Day a Rain or Shine Event?
Yes — we’re rain or shine, almost!
The diesel action doesn’t stop for a little Alberta weather. Be prepared for changing conditions, bring sunscreen, hats, and umbrellas just in case. If it is decided that we need to cancel due to extreme rain, we will provide credits toward next year’s event.
