Secure a spot in the heart of the action. Our vendor spaces are strategically placed to ensure maximum visibility and foot traffic. You’ll be right where attendees gather, ensuring your products and services get the spotlight they deserve.
Each vendor will receive a designated 10x20 ft. space for their setup. This space is ideal for showcasing your products, interactive displays, or promotional materials. If you require more space, options to upgrade or expand your area are available.
With your vendor registration, you’ll receive two vendor passes, granting you and a team member access to the event. These passes include general admission and the added benefit of early setup times to ensure you’re ready to greet the crowds.
Leading up to the event, your business will be featured on the Alberta Diesel Day website and social media platforms. This includes a short description of your offerings and a link to your website or social media page, providing valuable pre-event exposure.
Beyond selling and promoting your products, Alberta Diesel Day is the perfect place to network with industry peers, potential clients, and diesel enthusiasts. Forge new relationships and strengthen existing ones in an engaging atmosphere.

GST: Please note that all vendor fees are exclusive of GST, which will be added to your total cost. Payment Options: Payments can be made via cheque or Electronic Money Transfer (EMT) payable to "2462188 ALBERTA LTD." Further payment details and instructions will be provided upon registration confirmation.
In addition to the inclusive benefits and opportunities provided with your vendor package, it’s essential to address the requirements of licensing and insurance to ensure a smooth and secure event experience for everyone involved.
All vendors participating in Alberta Diesel Day must possess a valid business license. This license demonstrates compliance with local business regulations and permits your company to operate legally at the event. Please be prepared to provide a copy of your business license upon request.
Vendors are required to have their own general liability insurance coverage for the duration of the event. Your insurance should cover any incidents related to your participation as a vendor, including but not limited to, property damage, theft, and liability for any injuries that may occur at your booth. A minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability coverage is recommended. Proof of insurance will be requested as part of the vendor registration process.
To secure your vendor spot at Alberta Diesel Day, payments can be made either via cheque or Electronic Money Transfer (EMT). Please address all cheques to “2462188 ALBERTA LTD.” and mail them to our designated address, which will be provided upon your sponsorship confirmation.
For EMT payments, further instructions, including the email address for transfer, will be shared directly with you. It’s important to note that the listed vendor spot prices do not include GST, which will be added to your total cost. We’ll provide you with an invoice detailing the total amount due, including GST, to ensure transparency and ease of payment.
